Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit

To confirm your appointment with Medi Glow Aesthetics and Health, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your selected treatment or service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your £50 deposit as a cancellation fee.
  • This policy ensures we can manage our calendar efficiently and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time slot. However, please note:

  • We may not be able to extend the duration of your treatment.
  • Late arrivals will still be charged the full service fee, regardless of the reduced time available for the session.

User Obligations

By booking a service with Medi Glow Aesthetics and Health, you agree to the following terms:

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate personal information when requested during the booking process.
  • You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to your contact or medical information that may impact your treatment or appointment.
