WHAT TO EXPECT?
During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin concerns and recommend the most suitable treatment. Both skin boosters and polynucleotides are minimally invasive, with a series of micro-injections delivered to the treatment area. The procedure takes 30-45 minutes, with minimal downtime. Results are typically visible within a few weeks and can last several months, depending on the treatment.

Microneedling Package Terms & Conditions
1. Package Overview
This package includes three (3) microneedling treatments for the face and neck, plus complimentary hand treatments and a free skin analysis (worth £50).
Standard price per session for face and neck is £250.
Package offer:
- 40% off the first treatment (£150 instead of £250)
- £225 per session for the second and third treatments
- Complimentary hand treatment (normally £50 each) per session
- Free skin analysis (worth £50)
Total package value: £850+, offered at a discounted package price of £600.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your first appointment.
The remaining balance of £550 is due at your first treatment, or can be split into two instalments (£300 and £250) payable at your first and second sessions, respectively.
All payments must be completed before your final session.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a discounted package, therefore no refunds or partial refunds will be provided once the first treatment has been carried out, except in the case of a genuine medical reason preventing continuation (see Section 4).
The value of the first treatment will be recalculated at the full single-session price (£250) if you choose not to complete the package after starting.
Any complimentary or discounted add-ons (hands/skin analysis) will also be void if the package is not completed.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a £50 late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
4. Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to continue treatment due to a medical reason, written evidence from a GP or healthcare professional may be requested.
In such cases, the cost of completed sessions will be charged at the standard rate of £250 per session, and any remaining balance may be refunded at MediGlow’s discretion.
5. Treatment Expiry
All three treatments must be completed within 6 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund.
6. Package Transfer
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
Treatments are only valid for the person named in the original booking.
7. Clinic Discretion
MediGlow Aesthetics & Health reserves the right to decline treatment if, in the professional opinion of the practitioner, the treatment is not suitable or safe for the client.
In such cases, any unused portion may be refunded based on the number of sessions completed at the standard rate.
8. Acknowledgement
By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- Understand that this is a discounted promotional offer, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind or non-attendance.
- Agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided by the practitioner.

9. Refer a Friend – Key Terms and Conditions
The referrer must be an existing client and the referred friend must be a new client to MediGlow.
The referral offer applies only to the purchase of a full 3-session treatment package with a minimum value of £600 before referral discount.
The referred friend receives £100 off their first eligible 3-session package.
The referrer receives £100 MediGlow credit once the referred friend has paid in full.
Referral credit requires a minimum spend of £300, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Referral credit may be used towards standard or promotional 3-session treatment packages, but cannot be combined with multiple discounts or offers.
Referral credit cannot be used on prescription-only medicines or consultation fees.
All treatments are subject to medical consultation and suitability.
MediGlow reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Medi Glow Aesthetics and Health
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the £50 deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the £50 deposit being retained. Where no deposit has been taken, you agree that a £50 missed appointment fee may be charged to the payment method provided at booking.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or inability to proceed with the appointment. In such cases, the full appointment fee or deposit may still be charged.
Late Payments & Outstanding Balances
All remaining balances are due on the day of treatment. Any unpaid balances must be settled within 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge the outstanding amount to the payment method provided at booking and/or restrict future bookings until the balance is cleared.
Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, you agree to provide an alternative valid payment method within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in recovery of the outstanding balance and restriction of future appointments.
Payment Authorisation
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy and authorise Medi Glow Aesthetics and Health to charge the applicable deposit, cancellation fee, missed appointment fee, or any outstanding balance to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and medical information and to promptly notify us of any changes that may affect your treatment or appointment.
Discretion & Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to waive or reduce fees in genuine exceptional circumstances.
